Are your site visitors listening to the deeper levels of commentary?
Acoustiguide interpretive guides offer innovative software to allow clients to collect statistics on how audio guide users are moving around the site and what information they are accessing. This collection of data is passive i.e. visitors are not required to interact with a survey.
This software gives an accurate, on-going and immediate feedback on how visitors are using the tour; it researches their visit duration, their language selection, investigates how long they listen at each particular point, and studies the popularity of different audio segments and more. The information on the visitor / audio tour interaction can be used by visitor service teams, for example to improve the audio tour service or services for foreign language speakers.
This data collection software can also be used in conjunction with interactive electronic questionnaires, another feature of our audio & multimedia guides, which can be used for a more direct analysis of the demographic profile of visitors and their feedback.
This is a summary of the visitors’ usages per a collection period; the client decides a start and end date for the period of data they require, for example from the first to the last day of every month. The system software collects the answers and presents the results for all data collected in that timeframe. For example, number of usages per language or per tour, items selected per languages, item popularity, item listening ratios and more.
Automatic On-Going Analysis
This option collects data from the audio guides automatically, separately for every day. The results can therefore be grouped in any arbitrary time periods and as a result the data can be more extensively analyzed.
In both these options, results can be grouped, compared and crossed referenced as desired - between themes, between tours, between languages, and so forth.
Where are your visitors coming from?
How did they hear about the site?
How long are they staying around?
How are they appreciating the site and service?
Many of our clients are asking for our help gathering information about their visitors. You might want to use one of our guides' unique features – the ability to display questionnaires and collect visitors' responses automatically.
Visitor Surveys software can help organizations to gather valuable information about their visitors through the inclusion of a survey within an audio tour presented on the players. Espro Acoustiguide can advise the organization on customizing the survey to their individual needs.
The information gathered can be customized specifically for the individual needs of our clients. It can be a combination of visitor profile information and visitor feedback on their experience.
The results can be used to make improvements to the visitor experience. For example the physical layout of an exhibition or museum; quantity and quality of the interpretation information available; activities available or the overall visitor services.
They can also be used to judge how success a site has been in achieving their own goals, and therefore planning future developments.
There are two options for the collection & analysis of data:
Predefined – The client decides a start and end date for each period of data they require, for example from the first to the last day of every month. The system software collects the answers and presents the results for all surveys completed in that timeframe.
On-going - This option collects data automatically, separately for every day, with no need for pre-defining collection sessions. The results can therefore be grouped into any arbitrary time periods, and as result, the data can be more extensively analyzed.
Clients can either collect and analyze the data themselves or alternatively, Espro Acoustiguide can complete it and provide the raw data in an Excel spreadsheet
